Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, harmful, or infringing activities.
No reverse engineering or circumventing security measures.
No interference with or disruption of the Services.

User content

You retain your rights to content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and process your content to operate and improve the Services.

Intellectual property

The Services and their content are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by QuaesitumTech and its licensors.

Third‑party services

The Services may link to or integrate with third‑party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Subscriptions and billing (Apple App Store)

If you purchase subscriptions via Apple’s App Store, billing is handled by Apple. Your purchase, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and trials are governed by Apple’s terms and policies. Manage your subscription in your Apple ID account: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period. We do not receive or store your full payment details.

Trials, refunds, and cancellations

Where available, free trials provide access to premium features for a limited time. Charges begin when the trial ends unless canceled in time per the applicable storefront’s policy. Refunds for purchases made through Apple are determined by Apple. For any issues, contact Apple support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Regional compliance

We strive to comply with applicable local laws and platform rules in regions where our products are offered. In the EEA/UK, we honor consumer rights under applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuaesitumTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms or where required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your place of residency, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
